As for those scary lawyers, we have them too. We are well aware of all the laws and document everything that comes our way. We will file the eviction from the beginning of the process, all the way to the end- including going after money owed.

Maintenance & RepairsMost tenants will have to pay for their own house repairs, if they are broken by the tenant. But there will be times where we will need to do a little maintenance, and we have a selective team that we have put together as to whom we have long time relationship with that our landlords can trust. If there is a home you would like to rehab, we can have a turnaround time of 2.5 weeks to a newly remodeled home.
